This sale - I am pleased to offer the second part of an important group of Washington - Franklin issue uses on cover. This part features mostly scarce and rare stamps on cover. If you have any special interests, please advise as additional parts will feature foreign origins, foreign destinations, large lots and more.


Ordering Information - These items will be sold at the listed price on a first come, first served, basis. Lots that have been sold will be marked.
