(Paid to Port) handstamp, boxed "Susse Par Delle" handstamp, carried by ship Poland that departed Havre on April 16, entered the U.S. mails with "New York Ship May 19" postmark and manuscript "27" ship rate (25c distance + 2 cent ship fee)
