To place an order, please confirm that the item is still available as all items are offered subject unsold.  Every effort will be made to post sold lots as soon as possible.

If the item is still available, a "hold" will be placed on the item. When payment is received, the lot(s) will be shipped. Payment is expected within ten days of ordering.
