Baldwin's Southern Express MR 8154, blue datestamp tying 3c rose (#65) to cover to Tigerville, Louisiana, "Hewitt, Commission Merchants, New Orleans" sender's cachet on verso, Jun 17, 1866 manuscript docket, the Tigerville post office was listed as being re-established in the August, 1866 Post Office Assistant, the "MR 8154" in handstamp may refer to the mail route being used, Baldwin provided contract mail service late in 1866, extremely fine out of the mails usage $1,250
