Negative Letter "B" In Circle fancy cancel (unlisted in Skinner-Eno) tying 3c rose (#65, straight edge) to cover, matching "Mantorville Minn Feb 22" postmark, although someone has written "owl head" on reverse of cover I believe it to be a negative letter "B" as Enos Bunker is listed as postmaster in 1867, extremely fine Minnesota $350
