Cumberland, Maine Precancel, 1c blue (#63) with pen cancel on cover with printed "Cumberland Me Mar" postmark and large portion of address, "16" day added in manuscript, with original enclosure (mis-dated 1860 instead of 1863) and signed in type by Horace Gray who, in addition to being a printer, was the postmaster, this is really a pre-postmarked cover, ex Lee, illustrated in Evans, Philatelic Foundation certificate, extremely fine
