Stock #2046, July 1898 official, unfranked mail cover from Kuti court in Tibet to Kathmandu, entered Nepal mails with Tatapani customs postmark, ex Singer and illustrated on page 127 of his book

Stock #2045, 1901 cover from Vakil (Lhasa Legation chief), Tibet to Kathmandu, addressed to P.M. Rana, with Singer's note for the cover which mentions, "Vakil covers from Lhasa are far less common than from Kuti
